With two options, Silver or Gold, customers can pay an annual fee, starting from only £6.95. It’s easy to get started, simply add the ‘PLUS+ Silver’ or ‘PLUS+ Gold’ delivery to your cart and your membership will be activated.
PLUS+ SILVER = Pay a £6.95 one-off fee and get all orders delivered for the next 12 months (standard shipping, 3-5 working days)
PLUS+ GOLD = Pay a £9.95 one-off fee and get all orders delivered for the next 12 months (express shipping, 1-2 working days)

Q. How do I cancel Books2Door PLUS+?
A. Books2Door PLUS Silver and Books2Door PLUS+ Gold are digital purchases. As such, you have a statutory right to a withdrawal period which expires 14 days after your original purchase, or when you use your PLUS+ benefits for the first time, whichever is sooner. No refunds will be given after this time. For all queries, please email plus@books2door.com with your membership number.
Q. What happens to my Books2Door PLUS+ Silver or Gold membership after 12 months?
A. A reminder email will be sent to your email address with as you approach the end of your 12 months. Instructions to renew or cancel your membership will be included in this email.
Q. Where can I find my PLUS+ (Silver or Gold) membership or customer number?
A. Your PLUS+ membership or customer number is in the original email received to confirm your membership. Please keep this handy for future reference.
